Photos from Luc and Alison’s May 2009 vacation in Ibiza, Spain. We were based in Eivissa. Highlights include a boistrous Medieval Fair, delicacies from Ibiza’s Gastronomic Festival, a wonderful meal by Chef David Roman of La Torreta Restaurante, an island tour that featured Las Salinas, Sant Josep, Portinatx, Sant Antoni and Santa Eulalia – and a delightful stay at Hotel Garbi.
